Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience

Susan Green, founder of S. Green Dispute Resolutions, is a lawyer and mediator who has devoted her professional practice exclusively to mediation, arbitration, and dispute resolution training since 1992. She has mediated hundreds of cases covering a broad range of issues and published articles on dispute resolution topics, including estates and trusts mediation. In 2003, the Association for Conflict Resolution accorded her Advanced Practitioner status for workplace mediations. In addition to her practice with individuals seeking mediation, Ms. Green has served as a mediator and/or trainer for the following clients: the U.S. Dept. of State, the 800 MHz Transition Administrator,† the D.C. Superior Court, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Postal Service, the World Bank, The Transportation Security Administration, and the Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts. She serves as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers and the District of Columbia’s Attorney-Client Arbitration Board. She is comfortable with both the facilitative and transformative models of mediation.
